The one with all the fat and protein

This one has everything. The avocado gives it a very smooth texture, and then I just threw in all the extras supplements at the end, total free for all.

Recipe
1 banana
1 orange
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp protein
1/2 tsp Spirulina
1/2 an avocado
1 tablespoon flax seeds

Boy, there is a lot of food in this, isn't there?
